This document sets out the general terms for ordering, paying for, producing and delivering Mirra Jewellery pieces.

Placing an order

The customer places an order on the website and provides accurate contact details. An order is accepted after confirmation by the seller.

Payment and delivery

Available payment and delivery methods are shown during checkout. The price and production time of a custom piece are agreed separately.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and warranty service are handled in accordance with Ukrainian law and the agreed specifications of the piece.
